A structured examination of the claimant, covering diagnosis, causation, current functional status, treatment appropriateness, and prognosis. Produces a clear, defensible report for use in legal proceedings, defendant or plaintiff, insurance claims management or dispute resolution. Telehealth or onsite.

A records-based clinical opinion without claimant contact. Reviews medical records, imaging, specialists’ reports, and treatment history.
